Shipping Method
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually delivers within 2–3 business days once dispatched.

A standard shipping fee of £3.99 applies to all orders.
Free shipping on all UK orders over £60
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking, and your tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

We’re so excited to ship our jewellery to the USA using Royal Mail International Tracked, so you can follow your order every step of the way 💛

Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on US customs processing times.
Shipping Cost
A flat-rate tracked shipping fee is added at checkout, with shipping priced according to order value - All VAT and customs charges are included in the final price.
Customs, VAT & Import Charges
For US orders, all VAT and customs charges are included in your shipping cost, so you won’t have any nasty surprises when your parcel arrives 💛

We’re so happy to ship our jewellery to Europe using Royal Mail International Tracked, so your order arrives safely and can be tracked every step of the way 💛

Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing times.
Shipping Cost
£10.95- Orders up to £60 - VAT + Customs is not included.
£13.95- Orders above £60 - VAT + Customs is not included.
Customs, VAT & Import Charges
We are not VAT registered in Europe, and so unfortunately we’re unable to collect VAT or customs duties at checkout on our website.
This means that import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees are not included in your order total and may be charged by your local customs office when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by each country and are unfortunately outside of our control.
We always recommend having a quick check of your country’s import rules before placing an order, just so there are no surprises 💛
